These Terms govern use of the Twój Klub application by gym owners and trainers. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Twój Klub is a management tool for small gyms: it lets staff manage clients, groups, subscriptions, and payments. Gym clients are records in the system and do not have their own accounts.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and be authorized to manage the gym's data. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, or disrupt the service.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the client data you enter and for having a lawful basis (such as consent) to process it. The gym remains the controller of its clients' data.
Availability and "as is"
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. During the current phase we do not guarantee a specific level of uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland.
